Shipping Shipping an handling costs are based on weight and size of your order. An estimated shipping date will be provided within 48 hours that your order is placed. For large quantity(>10 instruments), please allow at least 6 weeks of delivery. Shipping dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
Limited Warranty: Although we check all our merchandise for defects or damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers responsibility to check the product as well to make sure it is free of damage, anything is missing or any other defect. All product abnormalities must be reported to us via E-mail within fourteen days (14) from the date you receive the shipment.
We will not accept any claim for damage or defect after the fourteen-day (14) period is over. After 14 days following receipt of a product sold with a Manufacturer's/Factory/Direct Warranty, please email us (support@labshoponline.com) for services. We will direct products to maker for warranty services. Limited Warranty covers merchandise malfuction, defects in materials and workmanship. Limited Warranty does not cover problems that result from:
External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power Servicing not authorized by Labshoponline.com Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by Labshoponline.com WE DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES PROVIDED FOR IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST YOU FOR DAMAGES, FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE, OR FOR LOST DATA OR LOST SOFTWARE. OUR LIABILITY WILL BE NO MORE THAN THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF A CLAIM. THIS IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT FOR WHICH WE ARE RESPONSIBLE. Return Policy: • Return can be made within 30 days after shipment. Never opened products can be refund fully. Opened products will be charged 15% restock fee. After 30 days, no returns will be honored; no refunds after 30 days. • All direct replacements are limited to product availability. If an exact replacement for a returned item is not available, a credit will be issued or the product will be substituted with one of same-or-better specifications • Other than Gift Certificates, credits expire 6 months after the date they are issued • All products being returned must be issued a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number by our Technical Support or Customer Service Staff (return@labshoponline.com) BEFORE they are returned • Unauthorized/unmarked returns will not be honored • RMA numbers are valid for and products must be returned as indicated in the RMA within 10 days of issue. • To be accepted, all products being returned must be clearly labeled with the assigned RMA number and accompanied with a printed copy of the sales order or invoice • Customers must pack any item(s) being returned completely, with all manuals, cables, accessories, software, etc., as if they are new and in working condition • Regardless of condition, all products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping, damaged product(s) will be returned to customer • Failure to follow these guidelines will invalidate both the RMA and the warranty LabShopOnline.com will not be responsible or held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) it sells Per product descriptions, compatibility can be reasonably assured in most cases but can never be guaranteed; a product that is incompatible in a specific hardware/software environment is not therefore automatically "defective"
